acres and was formerly belonging to her father Hugh Purdy Decd.

I Give and bequeath the same unto my Son John Vaughan ...

and In Case my said son John shall attains to the age of twenty one
years his said mother living then she his mother to assaigne him part
of the said land to settle on at her discretion if see desire it. ... ...

thereabout adjoyning to his Bro Johns  land over a branch next the
