First I direct that all my lawful debts be paid out of the first money that
shall come to the hands of my administrators from any part of my estate
real or personal.

In the second place I give to my beloved wife REBECCA VAUGHN all
my estate both real and personal during her life, and after her death, then
an equal division of what she leaves between all my childrn share and share
alike. Except such propery both real and personally as I have given to them
in my life both and personally as I have given to them in my life both real
and personally.

In witnesses whereof I LUKE VAUGHN the testator have hereunto set my
hand and seal this the twenty fourth day of JUNE in the years of our LORD
eighteen hundred and forty two.
