This is the son  of Samuel and Prudence Hood Vaughan
Being in a low state of health. etc

It is my will that as much of my personal estate be sold after
selling a certain tract of land that I have in the state of Indiana containing one hundred and six acres of credit on two years as
will pay all of my just debts.

TO my daughter Susanah Vaughn, I will one horse worth sixty
dollars, one good size saddle and bridle, one cow and calf, one
bed and furniture, and eight dollars in cash to be given her
when she comes of age or marries, which will be equal to that
which I have given to my daugher Rebecca Kiney late Vaughan.

To my son Samuel Vaughn, I will one horse worth sixty dollars
and a good saddle, and a cow and calf, a bed and furniture and
eight dollars when he becomes of age or marries.

To my son John Vaughn, I will the same when he becomes of
age or marries.

To my daughter Elizabeth Vaughn, I will the same when she
become of age or marries.

To my daughter Dicy Vaughn, I will the same when she becomes
of age or marries.

To my beloved wife Susannah Vaughn, I will the residue of my
estate. It is my will that she have every species of property that I
possess except the land in Indiana and as much of the personal
property which I Have Already Devised, as long she remain my
Widow or when my youngest child becomes of age. If she marries before the youngest child Dicy becomes of age, she is to be given
her Third, etc.

The other thirds to be equally divided amongst all of my children, namely Rebecca Kiney, Susannah Vaughn, Samuel Vaughn, John Vaughn, Elizabeth Vaughn, and Dicy Vaughn be
furnished out of my estate the artciles that I have willed them.

I appoint Samuel Vaughn, Sr., my executors of this my last will,
etc.

Hood Vaughan, who would be John's brother.
