the uncertainty of life and being greatly afflicted, but of sound and
perfect memory, do make, declare and publish this as my last will

had.

Second, it is my wish and I direct that THOMAS THORP, JAMES
THORP, and WILLIAM THORP shall heir what is coming to their
mother, my daughter- DOROTHA MARIAH.

property as I am possessed of as will be necessary to pay my just debts,
sold for that purpose the whole of my estate, of whatever description,
real as well as personal, I leave to my beloved wife- Patsey, during
her lifetime or widowhood and, at her death, it is my wish and desire
that all my property shall be equally divided between all my children
