Dr. L. H. Vaughan's Death.
JETERSVILLE, VA., May 5.-(Special.)

Dr. L. H. Vaughan died at his home near Morven postoffice, Amelia
County, on Saturday, the 3rd instant, in the 59th year of his age.

His death was quite unexpected, as he had been confined to his room
only three days. A wife and four children survive him.

 He was buried at his home Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock.

Note from Beth:  Family info says Dr. Lemuel Holt Vaughan died on May 2nd, but obviously this
must be correct above  Dr. Vaughan 1842-1902 and his brother, Benjamin Boisseau Vaughan, Jr.
1844-1906 were two of the children of Benjamin Boisseau Vaughan 1819-1881 and his wife, Sarah
Ellen Vaughan 1823-1903  of Petersburg.  I am descended from Benjamin Boisseau Vaughan, Sr.'s
brother, James B. Vaughan 1823-1868  who married to Delia Susan Archer 1825-1865.
