74 pages. Very Complex. Mary Hill, descendant of Richard Hill m. William Vaughan. Henry Hill d. in 1820. He left his slaves to his wife Elizabeth, for life and upon her death to be given their freedom. She d. in 1845, out of state. Although the slaves had their freedom, their issue did not and needed to be distributed through intestacy. Henry Hill had no children. He only had a brother William Hill who d. in 1830. William was entitled to the increase (descendants) of the slaves. William’s will was contested and found invalid. The parties reached a consent decree. Richard Hill was an heir of William Hill and was deceased. [Stopped reading after about 10 pages.]
