Hudson Martin of England, dec’d by will dated 30 Apr 1755 gave a life estate to his widow Abigail and after her death property devised to John Martin, father of Mary Vaughan and his brother Henry Martin. [Tale of fraud.] Abigail Martin died in 1773. John Martin died in 1786. His will date 30 Jun 1781, recorded 16 Jun 1788. Mathew Vaughan died intestate in 1796. His son James named as Admr. Trial 27 Oct 1807. Plaintiff dismissed against fraud defendants. No final judgment |
