Complaint 1 Apr 1842. Complainant was son of Robert Vaughan who was the son of William Vaughan who died in 1809 in Brunswick County. His father Robert [d. Sussex Co. ca 1816] left three children: Eaton Vaughan, Dorothy Vaughan (who married Alfred J. Vaughan) and himself. He alleges his Uncle Alfred defrauded him as to the value of the estate left by his grandfather. Alfred replied. B. J. Vaughan gave a deposition. There is no final order.

Alfred J. Vaughan was one of the witnesses. Susan Ann Vaughan, Caroline E. Vaughan, Mary B. Vaughan, Joanna Vaughan and Parker L. Vaughan minors are children of Parham E. Vaughan and Caroline his wife.
