      Bill Brown has sent the confederate rosters, etc. for his ancestor Charles C.
      Vaughn of Oglethorpe Co. , Georgia. Charles' widow Frances C. Vaughn
      had many correspondances with the state of Georgia verifying Charles had
      served and died in the war which is included in the information Bill sent.

      NOTE: To produce clarity of the files the scanned documents were much too big to add to
      this page.

      Below is a copy of the final settlement between Frances and the state of
